When should I expect my order?
We usually ship orders withing 24-48hrs (Weekdays), but Please allow up to 5 Business days for us to ship out your order. Items are prepared fresh when you place your order. You will receive a Paypal notice with your Delivery Confirmation once shipped. **Please allow adequate transit time for delivery, especially during holidays & peak seasons**

Why is my Tracking Number not working? I don’t see any updates?
We ship via USPS First Class, Priority & USPS International First Class or Priority mail. This is not an actual tracking number. It is a Delivery Confirmation number, which means it updates upon Delivery. Sometimes it does get scanned along the way & updates, but the majority of the time it doesn’t.

Return Policy
I’m sorry we don’t accept returns due to the nature of our products. These type of items cannot be returned for Health & Sanitary purposes. We want to insure the safety of all customers. However, we do offer samples and highly recommend them if you are unsure of a product/color. Thank you for understanding

How do I choose my Foundation shade?
For detailed information about shades, please read our helpful guide to color. In all Foundation listings there is a photo with a reference chart to our colors. Please choose the color closets to your skin shade. Even if you choose a shade a bit too light or dark, once it warms up to your skin it will blend in perfectly & adjust to your coloring
